By accessing the pp33 platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or any other medium — you enter into a binding agreement with pp33. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and anyone who interacts with the platform's services in any capacity.

Each individual may register only one account on pp33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pp33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact pp33 support immediately via live chat.

pp33 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close existing accounts without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on pp33 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your pp33 balance following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• pp33 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated on the platform. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• pp33 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding 50,000 PKR.
• Funds deposited on pp33 do not accrue interest. pp33 accounts are not bank accounts and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

• All games on pp33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and audited independently.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any external tools that interact with the pp33 platform without human input is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in any game format is prohibited. Players found engaging in collusion will have their accounts permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp33 shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by factors outside pp33's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pp33 platform.
• Any technical errors in game software that have been promptly corrected following discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pp33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, and to withhold, forfeit, or recover funds as appropriate, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Duplicate account registration or account sharing.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Chargeback requests on deposits that were used to place wagers.
